A personal message…
I completed 28 years of military service, active and reserve, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army in 1998 with active service with the 82d Airborne Division and overseas in Turkey and Korea. I commanded two drill sergeant companies, was an Infantry Battalion Adjutant and S1, and last served as an instructor for commissioned officers at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
I have been in active practice as an attorney since 1976 and represented several municipalities in Southern Maine, including Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of South Portland. I prosecuted major felonies in Cumberland County for five years and was Deputy District Attorney in Hancock and Washington Counties’ District Attorney Office most of my twelve years in Ellsworth. I have been in private practice in Ellsworth since 2000.
My wife, Andrea Allen, and I live in Dedham. We have 5 adult children.
